@SchertzServicesLLC did you just 12v percarb onto the cedar shake shingles then rinse low pressure? I have a bunch of cedar shake houses in my area and have been timid about marketing to them due to not knowing the best way to clean them. Thanks
No I used about a 2-3% housewash mix and hit it about 3 times. Also lots of surfactant. It takes forever to rinse! Customer was over the moon though!

How many gallons do you think you used?
Well I only carry 35 gallons of straight 12.5 and I use a mixing valve. I washed a large ranch before that house and I think I still had 30 gallons when I started the shake house. I think I had 15 gallons left at the end of the day? So about 15 gallons of sh.

Picked up 3 more homes today! I know that’s small peanuts to some of you but we have been steadily getting requests off this add.

A little update on the Facebook adds. We have booked about 20 houses so far and total spent on 2 adds is about $113. We have also gained about 90 followers on our page. The last two pictures are boosted adds and the 1st was not. We’re getting to the point where our followers are sharing the pictures and we’re getting decent views from it without even paying for it.

Man that’s great. When I boost I get no results at all. I think you found your niche in the market.
How large of an area are you in/advertising in?
If I remember correctly, the last one was a 15 mile radius. Before that I did a 2 mile radius. I was experimenting with the radius to see if it’s better to be more concentrated or more broad.
So here’s the skinny… I life in BFE and I market to the larger cities. My target area is about 70 miles in any direction from my shop. Funny story though ALL of the work I have had come in off these adds has been within 30 miles or so.

The add has ended! Pretty happy with the results. I have spent about $300 with Facebook and I’ve done about 35 houses this spring. Only a few were from door hangers and a couple tomorrow from newspaper add. $7,000+ gross sales from a $300 advertisement? I’ll take that all day! I’m still booked out 17 houses and I get at least 1 call every time I finish a house.

Thanks awesome! Good job man. I’m just now looking at advertising on FB. Boosted my first post the other day and its done nothing. Guess I need to rethink the design.
