Made a new Facebook ad. Thoughts?

Made a new ad to share to groups on Facebook. What do you guys think?

Who they calling and for what? Spring cleaning could be anything… Powerwash and phone number call now big bold and in front is what you need.

I didn’t want to clutter the picture. I always put a message with my information in the post above the picture. I’ll try to put space for the number

Other than that I would specifically mention pressure washing. I know it seems obvious from the picture but you’re ideal clients don’t necessarily think the same as you

You don’t think it’s too cluttered?

Nope. Thats much better. When you have an ad thats mostly a picture you want to have your contact info, what it is that you do, and an offer (like your 10% off).

Ok that makes sense.

Is that to much text for a FB add though? I know the couple I’ve ran it told me before I had to much text and it wasn’t going to be seen by as many people.

I don’t post as an ad. I post it as a picture to my page then share to around 80 groups.

I have no clue what the regulations are for face book marketing. I personally have zero experience marketing on social media and very limited experience with Google. But I do understand the basics when it comes to an ad. It might vary slightly from platform to platform but my previous post covers the jist of it…( jist, not sure if I spelled that rigjt or if its even a word) but you get the jist. I would hire someone who knows what they’re doing for online marketing but I fully understand that there’s not always $ to make that happen. There’s toms of good info out there for diy online marketing if you just search a little. Moz.com is good for seo. Not sure about Facebook but its out there somewhere.

Thanks man. Ya the social media marketing just isnt in my budget right now. I do need to do some more research though.

Perfect much better!

I think it would be cool if you split the picture diagonally in half and put the before and after right next to each other. I know you didn’t match them up perfectly, but I don’t know if that matters. I think the sudden change from dirty to clean would be more dramatic. The way you have it with the words in the middle, you have to look at one side and kind of hold that in your brain while you shift your eyes to compare it to the other side. When I first saw it, I though the left picture WAS a before and after, but that is just a shadow line. Plus if you merge the pictures, that will save you a lot of real estate to make your words bigger.

Facebook ad campaigns do work if you know your target market. Target specific locations with each campaign. For instance this campaign I ran for a 4 mile radius (high end neighborhoods) Females only age 30-60 HomeOwner and home value 250k and above. 2 days and direct ROI of 4 jobs @ $2,300 for a whopping $8 in ads. It’s not expensive if you do specific targeting. Cold here in MI so tomorrow my guys are going to those neighborhoods to do door hangers and yard signs.

If it worked that well, your money would be better spent running the ad again rather than sending guys out with signs and door hangers.

I’m targeting specific neighborhoods with Facebook ads, door hangers, yard signs and ad words at the same time to see the results. Re thinking $$ spent on marketing this year.

The ads still running…

Sun came out today for a little bit and temps broke 40

You are rethinking marketing…I am rethinking the business. lol
