This is a conversation I’m having with a competitor who is bidding a job I didn’t get a call on. But unless you’re in the south (Florida) I imagine this applies. And I wanted a link to copy to the people that always come here to ask about pricing with 46 seconds of read time.

But,but I live in southern Florida. So I’m bidding a job ,4000 Sq ft of flat work. Got a 2.8gpm high Roller ,Depot special,she’s a monster !!! What do I bid per Sq ft. Need this ASAP PLEASE …

I would be about $1sq ft.
