35 buildings. Gutters and washing plus 1/2 mile of vinyl lattice fence. Finished in 2 days. I was washing the fence along the road at 2:30 this morning with an 12v sprayer so I didn’t wake anyone up. 2 more properties this week and about 18 more to do before mid December when we switch to just going gutters. My guys rock

Man that’s moving. I wish HOA’s and apartments would take gutter cleaning more serious around here . They ask for bids every year but rarely clean them . They usually wait until there falling off .

I hate the gutter cleaning but I’ll lose the washing if I don’t do the gutters. Around here they only pay about $18 per unit.
Are those only 5 or 6 unit buildings or are they multi units?
160 units total there. Buildings ranged from 4 to 7 units, depending on where they could squeeze them in. They were built before developers cut down all the trees.
That is definitely moving it would of taken me all week just to do the gutters if not longer.
I will admit I do cheat . I use the biggest back pack blower I can buy with an extension on it. Endless the pitch is to high.
Those were 4/12 pitch. Figure. .75 man hours per building with 3 or 4 guys per building. About 7 or 8 hours total. They carry a water bottle with gas in it so they don’t have to walk back to the truck for the gas cans as much.
Water bottles that’s a good one.
