This is about as bad as it gets here…I have never had any siding I haven’t been able to downstream. Most houses aren’t this bad and I can move quickly.
This is the first year I’ve done this business model. I do sneak in some driveways or vinyl fence here and there but I don’t make as much money on the concrete. Very few maintenance expenses this year. I average 3-4 gallons SH per house at $1.85 gallon. Well priced GL insurance. I have not run the numbers but I figure I’m keeping at least $150-160 out of $179. I have a number of $249 and $299 house washes as well…but I can do those $179 house washes all day long without much of a sweat. I’m usually not dealing with landscaping or solar lights at that price range. They have to move everything out of the way and I don’t put it back.
