Outside of normal maintenance havent had to do anything with the machine. Still running fine but im thinking unloader issue due to only happening when off the trigger.
Back side of unloader block (i think) there are maybe 2 small pin hole sized leaks resulting in very fine mist.
Can that bolt/screw be tightened? Removed and resealed?
Any help/guidance would be appreciated. Im about a month out from shutting down for offseason.
That’s your pump, not an unloader block. That bolt is just a plug for the outlet on that side of the pump (depending on footprint you could run your unloader out that side if need be). Unscrew it, water will come out, dry/clean the threads, and then apply blue loctite/monster/tape/whatever high pressure rated thread sealer you fancy and torque it down to specs.
