The Park service administers nearly all our monuments nationwide. Actually very good at what they do and looked like they were following protocol pretty closely from what I could see from video. With marble can go to around 1200 psi. Not necessarily the most efficient equipment though these were all volunteers on this from the park service since it’s the 100th anniversary this year. Sure they would have loved to have had all you in the balcony seats out to help. @JAtkinson, you’re close. You could have had all kind of free pr if you’d rolled up there with all your rigs on cleaning day.

That’s the government for you, so no matter the best way they have to go by the good ole reg. They got told to clean it by how the book told them to.
