Possible job on all around limestone home. Any suggestions are appreciated. Living in Austin, Tx, we see lots of this and am getting more inquiries.
Do you know what that stain is above the garage? It’s hard to tell from the picture but it’s odd that is covers full blocks but not the adjacent ones.

Some form of algae. On many homes in this central Texas area. not usually a problem to remove.

One note about limestone, since variety is the spice of life, home limestone siding is not always from the same “lot” or cut. Sometimes the variety is what folks are looking for, as we did when we built our home in Austin.
Since the limestone blocks have different properties (slight composition differences) they develop mold/mildew differently.
I’m not a pro on limestone, just my 34 years of dealing with it personally.
