Lead Management System - or recommended CRM?

Hey guys. I’m looking for the best way to re-market to customers that we didn’t close on the first phone call or interaction. What’s your system for handling leads?

I’m currently experimenting with the Hubspot CRM software (free), but it seems sort of messy and cluttered imo. I’m still searching for the simplest, and most efficient way of keeping track of customers/leads. Both now and in the future.

We’re coming up on the 2 year mark of providing house washes in our area, time to reach out to our past customers and see how they’re doing

If they need you ,they’ll call you. No one likes emails and sales calls

I disagree. Following up is critical when it comes to sales, and every entrepreneur is a salesman no matter how you break it down. If people paid you two years ago to clean something, why not send them an email and ask if they’d like to schedule another service?

If you do good work they will call you back without you bothering them

For someone trying to grow there business this is not good advice lol

A follow up email a week after sending out a bid can be huge. High conversion rate.

For someone who focuses on apartments then ya your right.

They might, or they might forget two years later and click the first person that comes up on Google or Bing or wherever else. I appreciate your opinion but it’s not constructive to the original question of this thread.

Mail chimp and house call pro are your best friends when it comes to this.

Marketing to prior customers have greater ROI then new customers.

I’ve heard of mailchimp, or seen it somewhere. House Call Pro I have not. I’ll definitely look into them tonight. Do you use either of them personally?

Both…

HouseCall pro and a CRM…estimates, invoicing, customer database.

You can download your customer email list in two seconds and plug it into mail chimp and send out a big email campaign.

I don’t go over board…usually 3-4 emails a season.

For normal follow up emails I just use regular gmail and say the following.

Hello,

I just wanted to folllow up with you in regards to the quote we sent to you last week. Do you have any questions about our services or our company that I may be able to answer?

Any questions please feel free to ask.

Thank You!
Corey

Great to know. Mailchimp seems like a very valuable tool, and free is always nice. 3-4 emails per year is all I’m aiming to send out as well. I’m using Joist right now for estimates and invoices and all of that, which seems very similar to housecallpro. I’m curious about which CRM you chose?

For a crm we use the customer factor, to send emails we linked our domain email address to Google and send them through there, usually you pay for that but i found a video on YouTube a while ago that guides you step by step on how to do it

I choose service monster. They have tools to remarket to your customers. You can even build campaigns that address the last time you did a particular service like house wash or concrete or windows. There are a ton of videos to explain the software before you ever sign up.
