Hey there community. This is a commercial job but seems like the limestone pros are on this thread and it’s mostly a limestone question. I have rope access taken care of, so getting up there and using an x-jet is not a problem. However, they have some environmental restraints and that will be a big part of this, besides just getting the mold off without turning the entire building a different color. We’ve tried applying straight bleach (just spray bottles without surfactant) and hand scrubbing, but the deepest stains are not budging, I think the bleach evaporated away too quickly.
They’ve opened up to allow me to do a test with the x-jet on a lower stain above the loading dock. Any chemical recommendations and water reclamation recommendations would be really helpful!
Is it actually organic, is this by a highway? Maybe one restore helps?
