Large Hotel Roof

Depending on where you are located I would go 30 to 40 cents a sq ft on that.

Have you ever done a roof cleaning before?

thanks! yeah that seems to be my biggest issue

i’ve done my own and it didn’t seen as big a deal as a lot of people make it out to be. at least as far as residential goes. it turned out great and i’d recommend myself to wash my house again👍🏼

followed this guys tips M5 X-Jet: Roof Cleaning - YouTube

Well if you wind up killing all the landscape and staining their blacktop I can bet you wont get paid or recommended.

well they have barley any plants and the downspouts are easy to route so if i messed that up then i would just quit washing forever

I can tell you with 100% certainty, that an x-jet will def not always clean a roof.

The only thing x-jets are good for is blowing out your ear drums…

My opinion only of course.

I dont want to piss on the x-jet guys cheerios.

it just delivers the chemicals. if the chemical works, the x jet works. it might not be the ultimate option but it will clean any size shingle roof that is cleanable lol

You got it all figured out. I gave you a starting point for pricing. Good luck in your endeavor…

FYI you can twist your trailer chains so they aren’t so low to the ground. Otherwise all people will notice as they drive by you is the pressure washing guy that’s throwing sparks all down the road.

that was the day i got the unit. the chains have since been shortened :+1:t3:

Take some pics of the job and let us know how it goes. You’ll be fine. I would bring about 25-30 5 gallon pails of sh with you to get er done.

I am in NO way an expert. If your question is pricing you need to know roughly how big it is. You need to know if you’re going to rinse it. At that point it’s simple math.

You should also cross your safety chains and BTW like the fact that your SC hub caps match your trailer wheels nice attention to details.

@ryan_campbell2010 not sure where your located but you could post up your location and reach out to some local guys on here maybe someone would be willing to split the job with you.
That way you get the experience and some help from someone that has done it before…and they get a job that they didn’t have to do the leg work on and you could get a chance to meet and work with someone on here.

That’s not how this works, that’s not how any of this works. We can tell you, we can teach you, but we can’t understand it for you.
