Large Fence clean and possible stain

Hey Guys, Been washing since 07 mostly residential. Just started getting some apartment complex stuff.

this job is a big one. 6’ privacy fence 3500 feet long or 21,000 sqft.

I believe its cedar and never been stained.
Looking for any advice on fast but quality work on jobs this big.
my standard is 2% Sh with surfactant, 8-10min dwell time, rtinse 800 psi. I have usually just used brighteners on fences if i had to strip them first.
I do have a down stream system on the trailer and I also have a mobile softwash set up I can use.

Just wondering if there was a time saver somewhere with out losing quality for this monster.

Thanks in advance

Got a pic and what color they going to stain it?

I’ll get a pic up.
They did t have an opinion on color. But will take my recommendation. I have had good luck with ready seal. They mentioned a red tint so maybe redwood or mahogany transparent.

I got the bid approved to clean it. They are discussing staining it since it ran over 10k I would guess.

I forgot to add it is only one side. It backs up against woods.

We’ll need pics but I would also suggest you plan your water supply points or you will be there forever filling buffer tanks. I’d post one of my recent DS cleaning videos but PWR doesn’t let me post .jpg for some reason.

I have a good Chem injector from bob at Pressure tek. and the right nozzles to make it work well. been using it for many years now. I will try to get pics soon been raining here (finally)
But the majority of the fence is clean and nothing in the way. what I mean is behind the apartments its a wide open shot all the way down the fence. so i could get a moble washer and just have to move that instead of rolling up all my hose and moving a trailer each time. cause that would suck.!!! lol

just email your pics if you want hydrapw@gmail.com

I got a google Earth of it if that helps.
