To stop the birdsnest, I unroll what I need, then lock reel, and secure hose to trailer rail with a bingee cord. Its mostly the kick of the hose that makes it unwind, such as on and off the trigger.
I tried locking the reel but Titan locks are flimsy and mine bent right off.
My titan electric reels don’t even have locks for some reason!

Installed the Zk1 today, what a difference! It sounds awesome, like a turbo blow off valve. No need to release pressure after turning machine off, way easier when pulling the trigger and just makes the entire machine feel way nicer in general! I also installed a pressure gauge after the unloader and dialed it right to 3k at the source. 2800 after 200’ of hose and my old vrt3 was down to only 2000 psi.
