Just starting

I just called progressive. They couldn’t write it directly but they found me an underwriter with a good rating for a good price. Easy

Wood as a frame for a pw…
Yeah!!!
Thinking outside the box.
Its safe durable, cheap
And for the tree huggers…
Biodegradable…YeAh!!! Jeehaw!!!
Lets all agree say it works, and close this thread.

Never needed too I guess! The end is weighted. I’m changing it over to a remote control system later in the summer.

To be clear my motor IS NOT BOLTED DIRECTLY TO WOOD. It’s mounted on rails that’s mounted to 1 inch treated plywood and has huge washers. Really no difference than mounting a skid to a trailer! I guess I could order a $200 mounting plate if it makes you all sleep better at night?

My motor is mounted to a plastic pallet. time for me to get a metal skid??

How is my frame rail mounted to a wooden skid any different than mounting a frame for a pressure washer to a wooden floored trailer? 3/4 of the pressure washer trailers in this forum have wooden floored trailers!!

Man you’re good. The 2 pot stirrers are talking about building a skid out of wood lol

what would you recommend for a PW. Im not handy in building, so I dont think I could build a PW.

I like my pressure pro 5.6@2500. It’s not top of the line, but it’s a solid money maker. Just an FYI, you’ll need a buffer tank for it.

How are you liking it on residential concrete? With SC. If you do residential concrete of course.

@racer you must have the wrist strength of Hercules by now. I’ve ran my gun with the twist right at the gun since my “long lance” exploded the other day and man does it get old!

When I met Mario Andretti he didn’t shake hands. Only fist bump because of the carpal tunnel. I assume you didn’t get that from racing? I ask because I’m sure it would be hard?

I have a few wrist problems, mainly from breaking one at Watkins Glen one year but for some reason washing doesn’t bother me. Have strong forearms. Never even notice trigger gun. Did you ever put on a K7. That’ll help a ton. My 4gpm machine will kick your ass with the stock unloader on it.

No I figured out how to squeeze slower lol.

The kick is not what gets me it’s the prolonged twist back. 8gpm problems?

none with it because I have the k7 on it

The k7 just stops the jolt but if it has the continued flow and pressure won’t it push back? Or you have the psi lowered?

no, pressure is set, never adjust. I just don’t even notice it, been using that way so long.

I don’t know because I am not real familiar with the k7 but was told that if you like to tip you gun or surface cleaner down to lower pressure the k7 will act squirrely. Is that true? If so please explain

I’ve never tipped a gun down. I tip up sometimes and no problem.

I meant to lower pressure. I may have used the wrong terminology. It’s been a few years. I’m having more and more senior moments
