Just soap or housewash

I am going to go do a bid for a newly built apartment complex. I haven’t seen it yet. But the manager is just looking to get the dirt rinsed off of it. If there is no mold or mildew. Would it be possible to just get by with some soap instead of my regular housewash

Sounds like if he just wants it to be rinsed then only water is needed?

Usually just a little elomonator. You may just be rinsing dust, or you might remove oil stains too. Gotta take a good look first. Be careful on new sidewalks though. May be soft still and easy to rip cream off.

Thanks. She said it is about a year old. I have hot water also so to will help. But I got to get the bid first.
