I just bought from them and the signs and stakes are very good quality for the money. You can’t go wrong.

Outline the letters with black or a color that makes it stand out. Do what @squidskc said. You want pressure washing to be the biggest so it’s the first thing they read when looking at the sign. I’d say brighter more attractive colors are more likely to catch someone’s eye while passing by. All mine say House Washing atm.

So I ordered 10 of these today. We’ll see how they perform…

I know they are polar opposite of what everyone says a yardsign should be :smirk:

You order from site that chris shared above?

They are cheap

No, esigns. I’m vain and like the 3d look of my logo and lettering, which I would lose with screen printing. I also wanted to start with a small run.

I’ll just be posting these at customers homes and a couple of select intersections (ones that have already yielded good results and the signs don’t disappear).

House Washing and a phone number on my yard signs on both sides of my tote did pretty dang good for landing jobs. I took them off because I haven’t had new yard signs with the answering service’s number.

Nowhere Consultants and BNI have been putting money in the bank hand over fist though. Had 3 call ins yesterday, two today and on online booking with a bunch of upsells.

Hired an army vet yesterday. Starts Friday. I need another one. When I get two guys locally I’ll buy yard signs again and drive them around town posting them.

Hey Brodi do you have an email address or phone number for Nowhere, i filled out their website form a few days ago but haven’t heard from them

Message me your last name and phone number. I’ll have Larissa contact you directly. I think they just hired another person or they’re interviewing another person and they just finished up this huge thing called battle for KC which is thousands of people that show up and have light saber fights. Not even kidding

Thousand of grown up?

Yes…

No where consultants? I googled it and it appears to be a marketing company. What are they providing you?

Maximizing my local listings, blog writing, other social media and SEO work. I just gave her the green light to take over social media completely today.

They did a customer testimonial video on an EIFS house that sold a $7000 Hampton Inn job later in the year. So I was like OK you guys win and so far I’m loving them.

Search views are up 200% and map views are up 900%

Oh and they built the Christmas light company’s website.

Gotcha. I’ve been using mr pipeline and so far I’m happy. It’s been a little over two months and I’m on the first page where as before I wasn’t even ranked. They manage my social media as well. Makes life easier. I just send them the media. They’re way more clever then me with the wording.

@Harold that is good to know about mr. Pipeline. I have been contemplating about having him do a website redo

I didn’t have them do web design. Only SEO. I’ll probal end up going with them for web design as well. They have some nice templates.
