Jrod question

Not sure, not a whole lot really. 250’ of hose, hose reel/100’ Flexzilla, machine, chems…4-500# maybe? Not counting the empty tank on the tongue.

Oh height, about 5’ inside. That’s why I’m reluctant to really customize the trailer, I wouldn’t mind having something taller.

What length hose are you guys running? I would think 250’ would be enough.

5ft is enough to work with. You could also consider building a platform like a table and put the tank on top and the bins underneath? Technically the opposite of what I suggested previously haha. Either way should work I believe. Lots of possibilities.

You’re getting some great advice about setting up your trailer. I just want to comment on the VA and your back. I suffered a few injuries while in. I had a back injury, some burns, and knee injury while overseas. I had one back surgery while in and a second from the VA shortly after I got out. The VA can and does offer some great care but you have to be proactive. I truly think most of the doctors do their best but they are completely overloaded due to the number of injuries over the last 18 years. If they are taking too long to get to the root of your problem or, scheduling the proper treatment, you need to constantly call or send messages through “my health vet”. If you’re still having issues with your doctor not providing proper care you need to talk to an administrator and ask to switch doctors tell them what’s going on. If you still aren’t getting anywhere ask to switch doctors. You don’t have to just accept a crappy doctor. Don’t sit back and wait on them. Stay on them until you get the proper care. You can sometimes even push for a second opinion through a private doctor.

Drill out a hole and put bulk head fitting to run hose through. It want look bad and im sure if you sell it nobody would care tell them its a hole to run drop cords in lol.

I could make a sweet little rig with that trailer.

I know you don’t want/can’t spend more money. BUT there’s a reason why everyone here is telling you to spend a little more and get some of the things you REALLY need. I was in similar situation and made the mistakes of not spending the money or going cheap on certain things… if I’ve learned anything in the last 3 years is to INVEST in good equipment - it seems like a big expense now but when you start to bring in 1500-2k/day because you have good efficient equipment; that money that you have to spend now will seem irrelevant. Just my .2 cents

One of the best movies ever

@marinegrunt

I’ve been through the whole process with the VA here, multiple doctors etc. I finally found a massage therapist outside the network that has really helped.

Well now I gotta figure out what movie it is. My brother sent me the pic and wanted to know if was in the 4.

Ya gotta watch it @Innocentbystander . Your brother was probably consuming it, while trying to put a hole in the river.I mean snake… :joy:

@dcbrock, 1 thing you could consider is mounting an slightly open eyelet such as one that a mower has, and put your pullcord in a better location and save your back a bit. Use paracord if needing longer.

Mount your surface cleaner on the ceiling. That will free up some floor space.
