Jill’s Office **switched to bidslot**

Today I signed up with Jill’s Office and if you were at the Huge Convention they are waiving the $75 set up fee and reducing the $25 a month plan to $14.95 a month plus $1.35 per minute for calls. No charge for telemarketers as they hang up on them after asking to be removed from the list.

DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 1ST!

$1.25 a minute?

Holy smokes I pay $0.25 a minute.

That’s going to add up quick.

Good to know. Thanks.

@Patriotspwashing Patriot who are you using?
Good luck Squids.they presented at the Service Software Summit. Legit outfit.

Bidslot marketing…no complaints, they’ve been awesome to me. Customers always compliment on how friendly our offfice staff is lol

There a smaller company…4-5 employees.

They deal mostly with window cleaning and pressure washing businesses as Aprilnhas a background in the industry. $79 for 5 hours of work time. Most calls are 1-3 minutes.
Same as Julls, they don’t charge you for spam calls

How was the software summit?

Were you blown away by anything in particular

The Software Summit was good. I met my mentors Josh Latimier and Kurt Kempton. That was probably worth it just for me.

Kurt discussed the psychology of sales and it was super useful. I’ll add responsibid to my website and email messages later this year.

Each presenter basically went twice. Once to lecture and then once to demo a product or give another lecture.

Some of the employee culture stuff went over my head but I still paid attention. It’s about transparency and gamifying your rewards.

I use an answering service called “The Phone Nanny” awesome little company. 24/7 365 a year. There is a minimum $100 a month, however they just charge $1 a call. So if you get 70 phone calls that month, its $100. If you get 170 phone calls that month, its $170. Also they enter all the info directly into The Customer Factor for me, so I don’t have to take the info and THEN punch it into my program. Anyone using a better service? I am pretty happy with these guys but hey if someone is using something cheaper I am all ears!

I was looking at the Bidslot website and it says they charge $75 for the basic package through answerworx. Do they have a different package I’m not seeing?

There’s no package necessarily…I believe it’s $75 or $79 for 300 minutes.

It’s weird, they have “answerworx” and bidslot. Same company, everything I’ve seen and get from them is from bidslot.

I’d call and talk to April

Whenever I get below and hour they auto refill 5 hours

thanks

I just signed up for the free trial for sendjim with an option to just pay for two years for $1600 or $99 per month.

Partly because of the ringless voicemails reminding customers about appointments, how to prepare, etc.

I can’t decide if I’d rather have someone actually make the calls or if I want to do the ringless voicemail. Does April’s team do outbound calls too?

Yeah they do outbound calls as well. Once you have a user name you have access to a dash board where you can assign task.

I use there outbound calling a lot for scheduling ect…

Literally they’ll do anything, data mine, make list for you. Cold call commercial properties.

I use them exclusively for calling customers back/answering though.
