Hey Rick @Racer, loved the H E Double Hockeysticks out of that trailer setup. GEEZ!
What?
He loved the heck out of your trailer set up. He’s complimenting your rig.
I enjoyed watching the two videos of your setup too, but I found myself wishing you filmed with a higher resolution camera and in landscape instead of portrait lol. It was really helpful watching. I’ve viewed them both more than once.
C’mon Homeboy, you know what H E doublehockeysticks is! this is what double hockeysticks look like:
LL Now put an H E in front of it, and you’ve got H E doublehockeysticks.
And this is the industry’s future
LOL, only hockey we have down here is girls’ field hockey
I did mention to the lady that I will need to see it in the sunlight to be able to tell if I will be able to do it. It’s a pretty low paying job for me, $150, but I feel it can be done quick enough if it will come off with a few coats.
As for rinsing and keeping everything wet, I always we before, during, and after. I have been told it’s a waste to wet before I apply house wash mix, but it just makes me feel a little on the safer side. I will get everything in writing and a wavier signed before hand. I think I got this one, and if I don’t I will discount the customer. I will also be up front about this.
I got an x-jet that I feel will do well for this. I do not have roof snot of any professional chemical for this job. I am ordering some soon. How much dawn do you think I should use per 5 gallons?
Look up Dawn in the search bar atop, (magnifying glass)
Please listen to @JHH and search dawn before you ruin someone’s house. People work hard for they have and if you’re out there using Dawn IBS is right… lawn maintenance is for you.
I’ve never used Dawn, but if you want to go the Walmart route, ive seen many established people say that Gain original dish soap (green bottle) is chlorine stable, and a fantastic surfactant.
Quoting Chris Tucker, from another forum:
Liquid Gain Ultra Dishsoap (The Green Stuff) contains Lauramine Oxide (Ammonyx LO), and is quite bleach stable. It is used by zillions of roof cleaners everyday.
I was just going off of what mrsparkle said to do. I am going to buy some roof snot or some other foaming agent in the near future.
I might get the sample pack from pressuretek.
Be wary of where you get your advice
Myself included
I am just going to buy professional chemicals. At most it will be like $200 for the different gallon jugs.
Doesn’t Greenville still have a semi-pro men’s hockey team?
OK, in all due fairness I had problems that could have been the result of Dawn. I won’t use it again. HOWEVER, Dawn, in the absence of a professional surfactant or thickening agent on brick shouldn’t leave any residue. Am I wrong here?
You are wrong. If you don’t have professional chems then quit the business. That simple.
Why not just buy professional stuff instead of quit?
Use hot water, get a hot box, it cuts your time in half.
Next time, just get ur answer and move on.
