Is this easy for you? What would you bid on this KFC?

I got asked to do a building wash on this KFC, that shouldn’t be too hard, maybe a couple hundred bucks, or even less since I have everything out already. The issue is the concrete. They also have a dumpster area to clean. I don’t have a hot water setup, so would need chems. I do have a soft wash setup so can spray whatever chemicals at needed concentration. I know a lot of you guys have a better setup than me, but I kinda get by with my 5.5gpm 2K pressure (with 19” surface head cleaner) and 7.7gpm soft wash system. Here’s some pics.

Would you call this an easy job for you?

L X W for sq ft and then multiply by your concrete price per sq ft = $. Specialty items factored differently and noted on estimate. I don’t do much commercial work so I don’t have a canned response for you. In my area they tend to pay their employees to etch it with a lowes unit while they pay them minimum wage. I’ve done industrial tanks and commercial properties, but not enough to go …its xxx bucks every day.

$450-$500, but I’ve got hot water. Still need to use fair amount of degreaser to make it look really good.

Something that has gotten on my radar screen is runoff. I use Hot Stain Remover, does a great job on concrete but has anyone had issues or concerns where the run off goes? If you don’t rinse off the sufficiently can it damage the asphalt? I don’t do water reclamation.
