Haven’t used him. So that I get this straight, you want a dynamic website, with high traffic rates, and you don’t want to spend too much time and money on it?

I’ve listened to a fair number of his YouTube videos. Honestly Aaron gives me the creeps. He was saying for a long time he was going to be out of the PWing business in a year.

I like forever self-employed on YouTube a lot more but it looks like he’s partnered up with Aaron. :flushed:

I really dont like forever self employed, he seems to do well in his other businesses and he hustles for the money but he doesnt seem to know a lick about cleaning the right way

@Powerjet I’ve used neither but I’ve watched some of Aaron Parker’s videos as I know his brother. My brother worked with Aaron briefly years ago in sales and said he’s a good guy and I’ll attest that his brother is a stand up dude. His brother operates the most popular (according to Google) PW company in this area. He and another very popular PW company here both have sites created by Chris at Footbridge and they dominate Google maps. Their SEO work seems to be the real deal. The one thing that bugs me around here is that several companies have created multiple (in some cases up to a dozen) Google My Business pages with the local city name in their business title so they will rank higher in those areas. One company may have 4 or 5 listings rank on a search and that just pushes other legit GMB pages down. It definitely violates Google policy but it takes an act of God to get anything edited or removed.

No,no,i mean i want it done right the 1st time, thereby not wasting my time or money,i am willing to pay the appropriate fees for a quality website and maintenance fees

@Racer ,do you have any wisdom you could share on this topic, and thanks to everyone for their replies also!!!

Than you for your advice!!

He’s got a ridiculous amount of YouTube subscribers 85.3k! Don’t know if y’all know anything about YouTube monetization, but he’s making money hand over fist. And he’s a young kid. You might view him as subpar on cleaning ability, maybe in his first few videos? Or all Of them I’m not sure what specifically you mean- and I’m not questioning you saying that- I’m just saying who cares if his fundamentals aren’t top notch, the kid is getting that money, he’s a good resource for a lot of ppl. I respect the ■■■■ out of his accomplishments and hustle

Like I said I respect his accomplishments and his hustle and he has shown improvement over these past months, Working with these other cleaning contractors has helped him. Im young too, just turned 21 years old a month ago but I put in the time to know how to clean peoples properties properly from the start. But again I do respect him and the time he puts into his work, I like his other businesses car flipping and vending machines but at the start his cleaning was sub-par

I flip houses for a living to investors located all over the world. I’m called a wholesaler. My son is looking at starting his own power washing business. So I’m trying help him and trying to learn the business. In the real estate business, you have what’s called “guru’s.” They’re everywhere on youtube. It’s safe to say that 95% of them are full of crap. Their courses are garbage. They leave out very important information and then want to charge you MORE money, to learn the “rest.” Here’s some food for thought on these “guru’s.” If they’re so darn good at flipping houses, WHY are they selling training programs? WHY are they constantly putting out videos and charging people? If they’re so successful at flipping houses, how do they have time to make all of these videos and WHY do they put together these courses, to train others? HOW do they find the time?Does that make sense to you? There isn’t enough time in my day right now, just to do my business, let alone be on youtube all the time. Does that make sense? In any business being promoted on youtube where people claim they’re that “special guru” or lead people to believe that they’re the best at what they do, then what are they doing on youtube?? Why would they even think about putting courses together and charging people? They’d be making so much money running their business, they wouldn’t need to put out videos and training courses! AND, they wouldn’t have the time to do so! I mentored a couple of new wholesalers and we met once a week. I only charged them $50 a month. Why? Because I wanted to give back to others. I wanted to help others get started. Charging $50 a month was a loss for me. I started with 15 students and within 60 days, I was left with 4 or 5. Why? Because they found out that starting your own business takes 10 times more work than they EVER dreamed! They weren’t willing to do what it takes to bring in the big bucks and be successful. It doesn’t matter what business you’re starting. You better be prepared to work your butt off, or you WILL fail. Sorry, but that’s just a fact of life. I don’t mentor people anymore, because it’s not cost effective for me. I could be working on my business, making a heck of a lot more money, while I was mentoring them. I started out wanting to help others, so I didn’t mind the loss. But when I realized that 95% of them were wasting my time AND theirs, it wasn’t worth it. People WANT that “dream” of their own business. They ALL want to make the big bucks. But they’re NOT willing to do the work! Do you know what the #1 reason is, as to why they fail? They WON’T put in the amount of work that’s required to make the money. It’s as simple as that. The power washing business is no different than wholesaling houses. It doesn’t matter what business you want to start. If you’re not willing to work 60-80 hours a week for months on end, to learn the business and to get started, you’re sunk. Sorry folks, but that’s the reality of it. Now on a more positive note, i wish ALL of you the best of luck!
