Introduction JWB

Hey everyone, my name is Jeremy and I have started my own pressure washing business. I am new to the business but have always wanted to get this going. I am retired Army, and this gives me something to do and learn. I have found this site to be very knowledgeable and just wanted to say thank you for all the forums I have read to gain knowledge. I have washed my house and a few dump trucks so far. I have applied for my L.L.C today and I am already insured.

My equipment:
Alkota Heated Pressure washer 5.5 gpm @ 3500psi
2 axle 12ft trailer
525 gal tank
35 gal mix (set up for upstream)
100ft hose with reel

downstream quick attachment set up, that I drop into 5 gal bucket
Surface Cleaner (I am looking at a Viper 22inch)

I am targeting residential, commercial, and fleet work. I am currently getting fliers ready to mail out to various neighborhoods that look like they need washed and gathering information to pace bids on fleet work.

Here is a pic of my current set up:

Here some pictures of the work that I have did so far.

Anyways that’s me and my set up glad to be apart of the group!

Looks good but that’s a nice machine to ruin a pump on by upstreaming. What chems are you planning on running thru the pump?

Thanks I have used Pink Thunder through it. I ran ZEP house cleaning through it once then learned that I needed to set up a downstream applicator which I did so I wouldn’t ruin it.

Is that trailer parked in your living room or do you just have a really nice garage? :slightly_smiling_face:

I hunt Ft. Bragg some and the game lands in Bladen, did you have any luck this season? I bow hunt mostly. Now I will be small game hunting to get the kids out having some fun.

It has literally been in the last week that we got power turned back on from the hurricane. Haven’t even been in the woods to see if the stands are still in the trees.

Gotta be careful hunting on Bragg. Some yahoos out there. I’ll never forget jumping into Normandy DZ and seeing hunter orange down below lol.

Good luck on the new business! Best of luck.

Nice I have been eyeballing an Alkota 5535HNL. Love the small footprint it has, but just can’t pull the trigger on it

Yeah there is, I only bow hunt out there.

Thanks hopefully things with the business starts picking up soon!

I have 11hrs on my machine so I cant give much input, but so far it runs good.
