Hi everyone, I’m finally getting around to creating an account after being a “lurker” for the last couple years. I should have done it a long time ago, but thank you all so much for your help. A previous customer just contacted me about these footprint marks on their sidewalk. I washed this house in the spring and they weren’t present before. I don’t believe it’s from the blacktop because it hasn’t been sealed since I completed the job. Any ideas? I figured I’d offer to lightly clean (concrete still has decent cream coat) and give no guarantees the stains would lift. I do not have hot water access. Any chemical that might assist without damaging the cream coat? Thanks again for all your help!
