Too beefy or? Could be intended for more industrial settings perhaps.
I had to look it up, called the Legacy Water Jet Surface Cleaner. Description says the jet is ‘infinitely adjustable’. Says it can even clean asphalt.
I seen one of those in a video somewhere once and it kicked butt! The guy was walking at almost a normal pace and it was cleaning great.

Looks like new price is about $1600. A used one available for $800. 
- Too bulky
- Too heavy
- Too many unnecessary components
- Too expensive
The only surface cleaner I will ever use with a set of wheels is the Big Guy.

Ground force has been the best I’ve found. I’ve used the Landa and have owned the big guy and little big guy. Traded the little big guy for the ground force and love it. Cleans great with very little splash back

I just picked this one up this weekend for a long driveway. Seems to working well. But it is super loud.

I had a legacy a long time ago. It worked, but it had wheels and I sooner learned wheels on a surface cleaner are worthless
