Injector with check valve

My dude, you are too generous! I don’t mind getting wet but it seems to pretty much be a 3 way ball valve in theory. It’s worked really well for a couple hundred hours or so. I look fwd to seeing what happens with the ball & spring deleted. I guess it’s not too late to change my avatar to Johnny Knoxville haha. Send me your address & I’ll send you a pizza!

Don’t do that, the ball is there as a check valve to prevent backpressure when off the trigger. I’ve had a couple pop the hose off and spray water everywhere when the o-ring failed.

I appreciate it kind sir! Definitely makes sense.

How’s he gonna learn if you tell him what’s gonna happen

Haha! Hello I’m Johnny Knoxville, and this is a downstream injector.

By the way, are you still using those fancy stainless steel injectors or did you go back to brass?

Tried the stainless, worked decently enough but decided to just keep a few brass around instead.

Stainless. I’d use them in brass if they made them with the threaded orifice though.
