For those of you that have incorporated. I would like to hear about your experience & get some advice.

What would you do anything differently?
I found a service that does a basic filing for $49 plus the state filing fees but I am wondering if there is anything I should be wary of & adjust that could affect me later on down the road.
I am looking to file as a S Corporation in Texas BTW.
