A customer asked me to look at these “stains” on there house. They’re slightly sticky or sappy to touch. There’s 3 more like these all about this size. No trees around and they’re only In the front porch portion of the house. They’re slightly risen and can be scraped off with your finger nail with just a little difficulty.
Check for oxidation first but if you’re good to go I would use it a degreaser on it and brushoff

There is a spore that pops from decaying wood mulch.
