I’m planning on bidding on new home constuction. Any ideas for pricing? Trying for a new development in my area.

Pricing is tricky. I’d need a lot more info to give parameters on pricing. And then it probably wouldn’t matter anyhow, since pricing varies so much across the country.

I typically don’t work for contractors, because they are so bad about wanting things done in the wrong order, and usually slow to pay or just don’t pay at all. In this line of work, we’re one of the last trades on site, and unless the contractor is top notch, funds are tight for cleaning.

I can say that it will probably be best to arrive at a square footage price for cleaning.
