I didn't realize how much plumbing would cost

Hello all. New to this forum. Have been lurking for a while but finally decided to post here. Anyways one thing I realized is that everything ends up costing a lot more than you think. I buy a new pump and budget around it thinking it will only be $300, only to realize “oh I need this fitting” or “oh this doesn’t fit, need an adapter for that” Next thing I know I spent another $100 on fittings adapters and pipes! Also replaced all of the fittings and quick connects on my machine and lance since they were rusty and starting to leak. I decided to replace all of the brass with stainless steel and I couldn’t believe how much I spent on it all. I think in the past week I spent a few hundred dollars just on fittings and adapters. Anyway thanks for reading this rant/advice.

It cost $ to make $. It’ll be worth it when you’re raking in the dough washing.

Once your more familiar with your equipment you will know what size is for what rather then guessing. Consider these hard lessons they will pay off eventually. I’m a firm believer of buy 8 things that may work and return 7 of them after testing what works best.
