Watertowers everywhere here. Even a walmart distribution center has its own by me. No clue if it has private hydrants or what they need all that water for lol it is a huge place though.

Do you have to bring your own donkey to turn the water pump to pump out of hydrants or does the deposit cover the donkey too?
