Huge Savings.... deal wont last long

CRM is like any other software. People create a product with the widest appeal they can to maximize their own client base. Like a lot of software, development is ungodly expensive, so the push to get the product out and then make corrections and improvements is just the nature of the industry. Look at almost any software. New Windows OS are a wreck upon release and then over 6 months the bugs get worked out. IOS is a little better but not without their faults. In the Cash Register Point of Sale world, it is just as bad.
Growth is not without pain in any company, any industry.

Strong Points of Markate-

  1. You can put a contact us form on your website that feeds all the client info directly into your CRM, so they are already set-up (They do the work for you)
  2. Easy estimate creation with a library of services you set-up. Click, Click, Click, Send, Done.
  3. Estimates convert to work orders and once completed on the job, you click and boom an invoice and sent.
  4. Integrated online payments with various services.
  5. If online payment made, auto send review request. You can set-up Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc to direct client to leave a review.
  6. Blast E-Mails - you can set-up client into groups and then send out blast e-mails ($5 for up to 1000 e-mails at a time). This could be done using Not Another Mail Merge with GSuite, but for $5 it is worth it.
  7. Post Cards - You can set-up and design Thank-You or any post card that you want. As stated about $.80 each but again, worth it for the simplicity. If you had to pay someone to manually do this, it would easily be $.80 per card.
    Base Price $25 a month.
I have been on for 6 months and seen continual improvements in functionality and usability. Is it perfect? No, but nothing really is.

The supplier that I can get SH from literally pitched me the 30 second cleaner, which they didn’t sell except to the box stores. I was originally trying to see if they had any high quality soaps (nope), and he went into his pitch.
Looking for another supplier now lol. Think I have done two homes that had been attempted with this cleaner before me.
I do like that attachment from IBS. Giant Lazor Terbow for the win.

If i buy 3 Siamese kits and then run 2 Siamese kits to each pressure washer and the add the third Siamese kits to connect a total of 4. 1.5 gpm 2000 psi pressure washers could i use this giant laser turbo nozzle at 7000+ psi at 6 gpm? Im on a budget.

There is an extensive thread on Markate vs… that has anything you need to know. Hopefully they fix the search function soon.

Funny you mention that. I had a WC customer recently and I noticed his aggregate driveway looked freshly cleaned. I asked who did it and he raised his hand.

He has been using that Walk Away stuff every few months and I gotta say it does a remarkable job.

So does using diesel fuel as a herbicide. I have a question for you as a window cleaner and your experience with ladders.

I need to buy i taller ladder for this house to do the roof and clean the gutters. Would you go with a 32 or 36? I currently have a 20 footer.

Looking at the pic a 32’ should be plenty. My longest is 28’ and it gets to the bottom of third story windows just fine. You’ll have a lot of trouble with those bushes however. Be sure to get some levelers like x-tenda leg.

And dear God please be careful on metal roofs if you come across one, even dry they are extremely dangerous as a fine layer of dust and dirt will stick to your shoes and cause a slide.

Ya a 32 is what i was leaning towards just thought 36 would be more versatile. The 36 is almost double the price too for some reason. Oh and im not climbing up on this roof , metal or slate roofs. Shooting it and the chimneys from the ladder. Thanks

I was mainly noticing the front door overhang, around here they tend to be metal and if you need to get that gutter you’ll want something like a 16’. I guess if you’re not cleaning out the gutters it won’t be an issue.

@Grizz keep in mind that a 36’ 250 lbs rated ladder might need two guys to put up and take down. I have a 40’ 250 lbs rated ladder and it’s definitely a two man ladder.

Ya 32 should be just right. Id hardly ever use a 36 or 40.

@Grizz look on facebook market place you can probably pick one up for $100 or less…if you look around here you can probably buy the 40 foot ones they stole from me…lol…bastards got 2 40 footers in the last year

Wow. That sucks. I guess its hard to hide a 40 foot ladder.

About to check market place now. Last time i checked people was only sell for $80 less than a brand new one.

That’s the problem that we had the 40 Footers wouldn’t fit in our garages at work I changed one to a tree they cut the tree down stole that one I changed the other one to an electrical box and thought go ahead and steal this one it’ll light you up apparently somebody showed up with either a saw or a pair of bolt cutters that was bigger than the chain that I can find at Lowe’s and they cut that one loose not only did they steal the ladder they stole the chain and lock go figure

I dont see the option for the post cards anywhere.
