I recently came across a huge opportunity for my washing business in PA. Right now I do about 80% residential and 20% commercial.
I washed a building recently for a property management company that oversees 50 different properties. They are very happy with the washing but are now asking if we could “seal” them after washing. I have done several paver sand / seal jobs but never anything of this size. To give you an idea of size the first building we washed is 70,000 Sq ft
Any insight on products / process would be greatly appreciated.
That will clean up really nice. As large as it is, it’s worth doing a few test spots to make sure you know what SH % will knock it out.
As for sealer, you’ll want to use a penetrating sealer. It’ll be the easiest to apply and should provide great protection.
My company makes a penetrating sealer, and I can give you contractor pricing that no other company comes close to matching. (And unless you live in Kansas or Missouri, you won’t pay sales tax.)
