How to wire 12 volt burner thermostat

I have a 12 volt Farley hot box and the thermostat capillary tube broke on it. I installed a new thermostat and it isnt heating the water. I am not sure if I have it wired correctly. The one i took off is a thermtrol brand and the terminals are labeled 1,2,c. The new thermostat is a GP and the terminals are 1,2,3. I have attached photos of the wiring schematics for both thermostats. Im not 100% sure but it looks to me like the wire that is on c should be on 1 on the other thermostat and the 1 should be on 3. If anyone has insight on this I would appreciate it.

To be clear the old one is the brown one in the picture. It had a switched 12 volt wire going to the c terminal and on terminal 1 there was a black wire going to the flow switch

Just for anyone who may search this later I ended up figuring it out with my multimeter. On the General Pump thermostat the 12 v power wire goes to terminal 1 and the flow switch wire goes to pin 2. My burner is now working correctly.
