Payment? How do you handle this? Do make sure you are paid as soon as the job is finished? What if the customer isn’t home at the time of the wash?
Wait for them to send check or they will pay with credit card through invoice
I am using Markete, so if they are not home, I just send them invoice via e-mail with an online credit card option, as well as address to mail check. I usually get a response within 24 hours. If after 3 days no response and no payment, a courtesy call to find out how they liked the service and inquire how they would like to pay. Usually no issues and taken care of quickly.
