How to clean Royal Celect siding?

The siding is fairly new and in a navy blueish color. It’s really only one side of the house and all the white trim around the whole house that needs to be cleaned but I will be going over the whole thing. Is this a simple elemonator and bleach mix or like hardieboard is it another problem?

What did your test spot indicate?

no test spotting yet just trying to give an estimate

and the color isn’t as dark as a navy blue actually

Have you been to the job to do a test spot?

I just called the company they said vinyl or composite uses the same cleaning method. I still want to know if anyone has cleaned this, how they did it and how it turned out?

PG51
• Always test a small area of the wall in an inconspicuous
location first, prior to attempting to use any cleaning
solution or method to ensure no damage occurs.

• The finish on Celect is resistant to midew however,
should this occur, standard laundry bleach can be
added to the cleaning solution at a ratio of 1 part
bleach to 10 parts water (13 ounces per gallon)

• Avoid using bleach or cleaners which contain
bleach such as Clorox Cleanup, as these cleaners
may permanently discolor the coating finish.

I think what the arkansas homeboy is saying by doing a test spot is this:
It doesn’t matter if he used SH on 37 different jobs with the same surface, yours might be different (age, sun exposure, chemicals in area, pollution, massive bird droppings, etc etc.

Besides the company contradicts itself on page 51, so … do a test spot.

yeah i saw the contradiction .

what is your normal house mix range 1-3%? depending on the surface?
