How do you write your quotes?

Recently I found it very helpful to see in the window cleaning group how others write down their quotes (includes…does not include…).

Just wondering how do you guys in pressure washing write your quotes?

I"m only a part timer and do all my estimates in person. My estimates are basically a regurgitation of everything I told them in person, except that it is in writing.

There are several examples of estimates on this forum, you should search it.

Here is one line that is on each one of my estimates: My housewash will clean your gutters, however, they will not remove the tiger striping (black lines on your gutter). Removing tiger striping requires brush work and chemicals, and that cost was not calculated in your estimate.

On my window detail section I have a note at the bottom that says something like “hard water spots, if found, are additional and will be billed as time and materials to remove. Work will pause and client will be shown the issue for approval prior to treatment”

Verbally, u want it on writing is 20, and if u decide to go with us it is discointed off thr final price.

I domt like wasting mu time nor resources.
Nothing wrong with shopping around, but dont waste my time
