How can I remove the pollen stains off the driveway

How can I remove the pollen stains off the driveway. Pressure doesn’t do anything

Pollen, a fine to coarse powdery substance, is created by certain plants as part of their reproduction process. It can appear from trees in the spring, grasses in the summer, and weeds in the fall.

Your picture isn’t of pollen.

Read about tannins.

Then what is if caused by. The pollen that is the same size of that is what was all over the driveway. What can be used to remove that then if it isn’t pollen or if it is. It’s some sort of stain.

As @Dirtyboy stated, this isn’t what the rest of the world refers to as pollen. Those outlines you have are caused by those brown worm-like things, better known as catkins. They fall off the trees, but they themselves are not “pollen”. Come on down to South Carolina sometime in mid/late March and we’ll teach ya about pollen.:deciduous_tree::joy:

The good news is that they can easily be removed with the right SH mixture. And, also as mentioned earlier, look up the term “tannins” in the search bar on this forum and you’ll see how others have tackled it, how to treat it, how long to dwell, what mix ratio, etc.

It looks like new concrete so be careful with pressure if it is indeed new concrete.

Soak it down with house wash mix and watch them disappear. Repeat if necessary

5%, let sit for like 20-30 minutes, medium rinse. Had similar issues with some leaves.
