First off, natural disasters are never good and I sincerely feel for the people and families who have suffered any loss during the hurricane in Houston.
Second, I know some people are going to get their panties in a bunch when they read my question. I know because I spent 5 minutes on Facebook this morning.
Clean up is going to have to happen in Houston. There’s going to be a need for cleaning contractors there because I’m assuming the local cleaning contractors are at capacity and maybe even suffered some loss of equipment or personnel and need help themselves.
How does one go about offering services to Houston and even temporary jobs to some of the folks affected? I’ve never even been to Houston and don’t know what my first step is.
