Hey guys still newbie here… but is there a mix u can do for house washing without using bleach??? Reason why I ask is I know house wash with bleach u have to use that day… there has to be some kind of mix that u can do for like a 35 gallon tank that will last for a few days or week…
A bleach mix will be fine in a tank for a week…
I read no bleach or chemicals should go through the pump?
Any good surfactant is bleach friendly, roof snot, DJ, EBC,etc. Just check with your supplier
Yeah I was reading that if u leave the house wash mix up with bleach it will form crystal like rocks
I will be downstreaming fat daddy
Use eLemonator from pressureTek and your mix will stay fresh for as long as the bleach would stay fresh without the soap in it.
How do you know if a soap is bleach friendly, (other than asking the supplier). Will it say bleach friendly in the MSDS sheet, or are there certain ingredients to stay away from with bleach?
Tim if i was mixing a 5 gallon bucket with some 12.5 percent bleach what would be a good mix ratio using the ELEMONATOR I know it says 1 oz per gallon ??
Do I still need to add a degreaser to the mix? Or does the elemonator count has a degreaser ??
No degreaser. eLemonator is the complete deal. Don’t use more than the label says. But don’t use less. Add nothing more.
The bleach and water amounts varies per machine. We use straight 12.5% with eLemonator dowmstreamed with 8gpm machine.
You only need a degreaser if you’re cleaning grease/ oil. Elemonator is a soap/ surfactant used to for general cleaning and to help your chemicals ( if you’re using any stay in place), bleach is for killing/ cleaning mold and algae.
Correct. He’s was talking about a downstream tank or bleach tank. Not the water tank
How would you guys compare ELEMONATOR To say ebc??
They’re not the same at all. Ebc is a degreaser, elemonator is more of a soap.
I got some Winsol Awning Cleaner and protect wonder if I can use this with bleach to clean awnings?
How can I get rid of the white and black spot on this brick??? I house wash this brick with a house wash mix 12.5 sh 2 gallons of water and a gallon of brown stuff…
Don’t know what brown stuff is but it might have killed the bleach
On the brick its probably just the color of it. Brick comes in many different colors.
The stucco you cant really down stream, you need to hit it with about a 3%-5% mix direct apply. So put some SH in a pump up and hit the stucco again, and you can try that mix on the brick and see if it kills/cleans the black spots but most likely just the color.
On the stucco it looks the same on top of the house… you think I could just downstream straight 12.5 and some soap??? I have 200 foot of hose so it should dilute it some … thanks for yours guys help
