House wash mix for residential in Arizona, Nevada, California

Im from Arizona and just starting out in pressure washing and was curious on what people use to wash a house in Arizona, California, and Nevada?

Sodium Hypochlorite and a surfactant.

Be sure to do plenty of reading on here. Pressure Washing isnt difficult but there’s more to it than you think. One of the most important things to know is never use high pressure on a house unless it’s brick. Even then, you don’t always need it. For houses you down stream your house wash mix to clean it.

@marinegrunt Why would you use bleach there’s no organic stains?

There are plenty of places in California and Arizona that get organic staining. It just depends on the area. I would imagine that even in the hot and dry areas could have some in certain areas especially if anyone has irrigation systems that hit the lower parts of the house that never gets sun or the runoff from a window ac. If a house has no organics at all just use a surfactant to help break up dirt and to aid in rinsing.
