I’ve made my mind up. After seeing the btu ratings I’m going with the Landa with the 690 swap. I might just finance a few grand of it to make me feel better about the extra cost. The Hydrotek has 120ft of 1/2” coil at 550,000 btu and the Landa has 300 ft of 3/4” coil at 730,000 btu. That Landa is a beast weighing in at 1,200 lbs. I don’t want to buy something else and be second guessing myself forever.

Go for it if you need water that hot. Landa has a great rep.
I’m definitely going with Landa. MVP in Raleigh is not far from me and they are a Landa dealer plus the only shop I trust to work on my equipment so if something ever happens to it I will be in good hands.
If you are in Greenville, the Rocky Mount store may be closer. Nick is the cat’s meow.
Yea I deal with Nick all the time. He just did some work on my pump and let me watch and taught me some new things. Super nice and smart guy.
So I just placed the order on the Landa and the shop is going to swap the motors for free! That’s awesome customer service right there. Can’t wait to get this bad boy in.

Yea I’ve been talking to Diego and Nick for a while about this machine. I was pretty set on the Landa before and just recently thought about getting something cheaper. Just got off the phone with Diego to place the order. As much as I like to save money I have wanted this machine for a while and I’m glad I didn’t settle. I don’t doubt that the other machines are good machines but you can’t beat the burner on the Landa and supporting a local business that I trust to work on it whenever needed.
Here it’s just the opposite. Our landa dealer is an arrogant jerk unless he’s making a killing on you. No thanks. I’ll drive 6 hours to Nashville before I deal with that
We got good folks here. Diego has opened up at night, the weekends, and delivered a machine 250 miles away for me.

I’ll be the first to say Mississippi sucks but we’re so dug in and have such good friends and family that we can’t leave. It doesn’t seem Mississippi can have anything decent
Nothing wrong with that. He had told me before that he could swap the motors. I just thought it would cost me. I was surprised when he said he would take care of it for free. Made me feel better about going with the Landa.
