Hood Cleaning Course?

Hey guys,

Been thinking of getting into restaurant hood cleaning/ kitchen exhaust cleaning as an additional service to what i already do. Can anyone recommend the best course and certification for this? I really want to learn to do it right and get certified.

Man… shoulda been at the convention. Michael Tessaro of Centex Pressure Washing gave a class on it. He’s the founder of a couple different organizations. Send him an email and I’m sure he’s direct you to the right spot.
