Yes - It has to do with the carb. I took it apart for the 4th or 5th time, clean it again and put it back together and worked fine since. You might get you a carb soak cleaner rather than a can spray. Take apart, every piece, soak, then use the can to rinse off each piece as you take it out of the soak. Reassemble. Hopefully, you are mechanically inclined and can do this.
