Honda exhaust studs

Wandering if anyone has found a solution to the exhaust studs coming loose and or breaking on the Honda gx390 ? I’ve replaced the studs with grade 10.9 studs from McMaster Carr and they backed out in 10 minutes. Installed a set of studs from amazon and they broke. Any ideas? I’ve tried high temp thread lock , but it didn’t help
Thanks

I found this on another forum, Russ at Southside Equipment (where I get my supplies) mentioned this…

Thanks… I had actually thought about that, except use bolt from my caterpillar dealer , they are a grade 10 bolt. I’ve got a guy gonna be doing some welding on a vessel for me in the morning , he’s pretty brilliant when it comes to making stuff. I’m going to see what he thinks on bracing the muffler. I hate to drill on a brand new motor, but if he don’t think bracing will help then I guess I don’t have much choice. Hard to believe, my old one never did this, and the same engine on my air compressor has never done it

You’re really just tapping new threads, and small diameter ones at that. Pretty simple.
