Holiday Cards

As my season winds down for the winter I have prepared holiday cards to thank my customers for their business. I finished my first year with 43 residential customers. I am very grateful for their trust in my services and am glad to have helped them clean their homes.

I would also like to say thank you to everyone here on this forum. Your support, candor, and wisdom has been invaluable and one of the reasons I consider this to have been a successful first year. Thank you all.

What are you doing, if anything, the thank your customers.

Nice, yea I’ll be sending out cards too. Congrats on a successful year

We do cards too.

Where are you getting your cards made?

I didn’t even think about it. Every customer gets a thank you card after the job and a phone call annually. This may be something we put on the calendar for next year.

I send them a duplicate bill. Some pay me twice… Lol. Just kidding we send a card with a hand written note and address…

I don’t send my Mom a card so customers don’t get one. I figure it is one more piece of junk mail they have to open.

Well, Ebeneezer do you at least give your employees the whole day off on Christmas day?

Week of with pay. $400 minimum bonus with an additional $100 for each year they have been with me. I write letters to people still but don’t do cards. My wife does for family but it seems fake to me. But then I’m bahhumbuggy that way

Bought some from Walmart then used my printer to address the envelopes and add a message to the cards. Signed each one. About 50 dollars for my 50 or so customers.
