The article is not targeted towards the pressure washing industry, but I think it’s a similar sales & customer retention environment, in that:

  • It’s a business to consumer product (or service)
  • It’s a similar sales and retention cycle (annually, biannually)
  • It’s a significant purchase. A dollar amount high enough that it causes pain to part with
  • It’s a good or service existing in a competitive market

Note: This is really geared towards b2c, If your business is mainly commercial work as opposed to residential, this might not be as applicable.
