I’m looking to hire an experienced pressure washing operator (in central NJ) to build and managed a pressure washing division for our company. They need to know equipment, best practices, have hired and managed a crew. This person would also be delivering the service in the field until it can support full time technicians. Our company will provide budget and resources for the purchase of equipment, estimating a bit, materials, leads, and marketing so this rockstar can focus on creating and delivering a 5 star service and repeatable processes. We provide company-paid benefits, 401K, PTO, and company stock options. There will be a lucrative bonus plan based on performance. The role will report directly to the CEO.
For context, our company provides homeowners in mass-affluent communities with a monthly membership that provides all sorts of home services, and nearly all our members require some level of exterior house cleaning. Our goal is to scale it regionally, so there is a real career development track for the right person.
