Check out these guys…Gainesville Ga,
I wonder what their typical homes look like, basically they’re just doing driveways and rinsing the front door.
I tried being the Walmart large volume low cost type company, just got burnt out and sold it (landscaping).
Hopefully they sell a roof, house and patio wash once they’re on the property.
They have a niche. Most everyone on here spends a week trying to find a machine that is 2 bucks cheaper than the last one they looked up . Don’t knock a guy that isn’t hurting you and is trying to feed his family.
This is my part time job and I would be losing money doing a driveway and walkway for under $100. If you are truly licensed bonded and insured you should be charging more IMO.
Looks very appealing. One big issue for me is I grammar check! It says less then. It should say less than. When advertising, triple check your work!!!
I’M not going to even do a job that I don’t make a min $400. I know a fellow who has a lowes washer I will call give it to him to bid on it. ]My $11,000 washer needs to make money. now 3 years ago id jump on $100 job.
I completely disagree… all on how you manage your jobs. Most wont do a single side of a home as well I take them all day long but charge a little more. Just last week did 5 single sides of homes at an avg of $110 a pop and was done before 11am… As long as you schedule them in the same area for so long out it gives you time to get more for that trip.
Also, i think ‘cost’ should be ‘costs’.
What i Think is Most Impressive is The random Capitalization Used in That sentence, and In The “Moss…” paragraph At The Bottom. I mean, How does That Even happen?
I see what you did there
I agree with innocentbystander. He’s doing what he can to keep food in the Fridge. Plus you never know, he might have a tongue that spits gold and is able to upsale the shit out of his customers

I know the guy…he is not just trying to keep food on the table.
He graduated college 2yrs ago…no children and last accounts that I had, his wife was a public relations coordinator for Chick-fil-A.
He is just using these doorbuster ads to get on the property…nothing wrong with that.
He and his brother-in-law are keeping 3 or 4 crews going as hard as they can go.
Admire the hustle
Sounds like a good Buisness Man. I’m happy to hear he’s doing well for himself. I hope to be on his level one day very soon. Lol
I know my next marketing strategy!
