Here’s an example of why I love NiceJob

I recommend NiceJob to anyone who’s looking for a company to build and manage their website, and here’s an example of why (This is a screenshot of an email I just received from them):

This was totally out of the blue…I’m so happy with them already, then I get this. If I was trying to handle my own site editing, maintenance, SEO, etc, I would be totally lost. Instead I give them some money each month and, in return, they bring me thousands of dollars worth of work along with service like this. I can’t say enough about how great they are as a company.

That’s awesome! It must be hard these days to set yourself apart from other website developers - being that there are so many companies AND so many people who don’t know what they are paying for, so can get ripped off.

Curious, the “love” you showed them - was that talking about them on here?

Yes…this is the only forum I participate in anymore, and I speak well of them every chance I get.

@Atlas1 do you have a contact there? And can I mention you as a referral? Cheers bro

They’ve grown a bit since they initially set up my website, so I’m not sure who will get back in touch with you, but it might be Lars. The best thing to do is go on their website and follow the links to start the process of setting up your site, then they’ll get back to you shortly.

You can mention my name if you want, but, aside from them knowing that I’m telling folks about them, it won’t get anything for you or me. I believe they still offer a good discount for PWRA members, but you would need to ask them about that.

What’s your monthly payment, if you dont mind.

Their pricing structure is explained on their website. Basically you pay a set rate, and then $15 per additional landing page.

Do you use any of the apps that integrate with it? I think a lot of those nicejob sites look great. The only thing I do not like is they don’t give you access to the backend? Is that true? I’d like to be able to make small changes if needed.

Not for nothing but we highly recommend NiceJob! They are a great company to work with and they offer a solid product!

I not really sure what you mean by access to the backend (tech speak is really not my language), but if I need to make the slightest change I simply email them and it gets done.

He means manually go in himself and make changes, to the phone number, add pics or the layout etc.

However, they lock it for that exact reason, so you can’t.

It makes sense because if you “mess” with their work, it goes wrong - they can’t be held responsible for that.

@Atlas1 I’m glad to hear that NiceJob is working out so well for you. I’ve been handling my own site but it always seems to get pushed to the bottom of the to-do list. I may have to reach out and see how they can help. Guess I’ll have to learn to quit being such a control freak though…

That’s where I’m at. I can build them, but don’t have the time or the finesse that NiceJob have. They really do make a neat, no nonsense website.

My other alternative is to study Wordpress, do an evening course and go from there.
