First off…this site has been so incredibly helpful! On that note…I need some help(lol) locating a fitting for my supply hose connection. I bought a Strongway 150’ 5/8" hose reel(for budget purposes). The hose from it heading to the bulkhead has a female 5/8" on end. I’m trying to get it from there to a 1" or 3/4" filter and then into the bulkhead holding the hudson float valve in tank. For the life of me I cannot find a fitting to screw into the filter(1’ or 3/4"). I have only been able to find this and not sure if the GHT end is 5/8". Thanks so much in advance for any help or guidance.
Are you sure it’s a 5/8" fitting and not 3/4"? Even 1/2" and 5/8" hoses have the standard 3/4" ght fittings on the end. Go take at look at your outside hose spigot and you’ll see what I mean.
